NEXUS SDI is a for-profit corporate training institute. The Supplier Development Institute (SDI) is a national Department of Labor, Approved Quality Technician Apprenticeship Program. SDI is the world’s foremost educator and thought leader—guiding generations of corporations, professionals, individuals through Quality Management systems global changes. There are so many diverse and amazing quality career paths SDI apprentices can choose, paths that take them places they’ve never yet conceived of!

Gain an understanding of the inflow. identification controls and outflow of materials and objects no longer as a sequence. Identify several types of waste in the process flow of material
Identify and reduce the risk of potential quality failure and Error Proofing past quality failures. Ensure that potential failure modes have proper controls.
Learn how to apply
6 SIGMA to a manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments.
